Today was the first time I didn't feel utterly exhausted after a day of babysitting my niece. Dare I say that i might be getting the hang of it??

Jon and are playing Lord of the Rings Online. It's a lot of fun. I tried it once before a few years ago and it wasn't great, but they have made some great improvements to the game since then. It's also only 10 bucks to buy, and $10 a month to play as well. I haven't been brave enough to cancel my wow account, but I haven't logged in over a week. I just am so sick of the immature kids, and the dumbing down of the game. It's refreshing to play in a game where the community seems mature and helpful, and in a game where they don't hand you epics at the log in screen. I am playing a Rune-keeper (the closest thing to a shadow priest) named Desrial. We are on the Vilya server if anyone cares to join us.

I fail at the gym. I haven't been in a few weeks. I need to start going again. But I have been good about cooking. And I have been shopping locally at the farmers markets, farm stands, and local grocery stores. It's nice. It might be a bit more money, but I would rather support local people than save a few bucks. They way the world is going, people should really consider being more close knit in their communities. It might be important to know your neighbors when the world as we know it goes to shit. Not that I think it's going to happen tomorrow or anything, but just in case it does... communities should be self sustaining. I even bought those reusable "green bags". I don't know what's happening to me. I guess watching all that history channel stuff that Jon is always watching has just made me more aware.

I think we have decided to skip a big vacation this year, and just go up to Maine and visit family. We might take a night on the way there to ourselves somewhere. Any suggestions??
