On any of the individual points, (except for 4) I would agree. But a relationship without more than 5 or so of these characteristics is almost certainly doomed to failure. If there's no romance, and you're always fighting with someone who does X, who doesn't care about your feelings, and with whom you have a crappy sex life - what's the point?
As for #4 - I think it's been shown in a number of sociology studies that couples with at least a few significant activities that they do together have a much higher level of communication and cooperation than those that do not. I'm not saying that you should do /everything/ with your SO - quit ethe opposite. You should have some activities that you do alone, or with other people. But you should do more with your partner than eat, watch TV, and boink.
