Fafner is not that emo, actually! Okay, maybe towards the end of the series. Right of Left was more sad. I watched it again this morning and STILL cried.

Fafner's first ep got me hooked (it's the first thing I downloaded after getting broadband access, because GSD hasn't aired and hey, Hirai Hisashi designs!) but it gets a little confusing in the middle. Thank God Right of Left explained some stuff to me. XD

Watch Right of Left first! Even though it aired after the anime, it's a prequel so it takes place before the anime anyway. I think you will cry, definitely.

I was referring to Fafner icon #5, but figurine #5 is of a powerful little girl too! Eve~ For Fafner, that girl's Tsubaku and she (somewhat) controls the whole island! And she has weird eyes.

I don't like Eva/RahXephon type anime much, I think that's the problem. D: Though I heard by the 6 or 7th episode it gets you hooked. I need to try watching it. I'll download Right of Left and see. I need something to watch. :D

Hah okay. I knew #5 from the figure one was a powerful girl too. :D

#5 from Fafner... see, there's this being that's under the see and the girl sings a song and brings it out of the sea~ ah. Powerful girls are good! Pasta-chan isn't fond of them, though.

And I forgot to mention this... did you do some kind of colouring for the eyes in your icon? They're kind of bright and stand out and a little scary too.

I didn't do anything to her eyes or erase anything. :D I promise! That's just how the icon came out.
