I'm not sleeping because I was bed ridden most of the day. I would like to start using this journal to track how I feel day to day so I can learn to understand how my pain and fatigue of fibromyalgia works. Maybe it will be helpful maybe it won't. Today was an especially hard day. Sometimes I feel I need to go to a fibromyalgia support group.
