kidney infection
So I just spent last night in the hospital. I went backpacking this weekend in telluride. Umfortunately on saturday i starting feeling alot of pain. Since I was backpacking there was really nothing I could do about it which made my condition alot worse. I finally said something to my dad saturday night, because I was throwing up, but we still had to hike 6 hours back to civilization. By that time i was really sick. But there was not hospital around so i waited till we got back to boulder. then i asked dania to take me, out of dire pain. I had an infection that moved into my kidney which explains why i was in so much pain. it was AWEFUL though, until i got admitted and IV put in I was in more pain then i have ever been in in my life. i was crying and hurting and there was nothing i could do. that is what i hate about hospitals someone like me was crying in pain and they are just shooting the breeze back getting a room ready. once i got the IV though they gave me a really intense pain killer through it along with alot of other stuff i dont really know, including taking blood and a urine sample separately. they figured out what it was after a while and the tests and they gave me a few other things to take. unfortunately all i know is that somehow i got home and what not. I was so drugged up that i dont even remember last night hardly at all. Dania was a saint though and stayed with me the whole time, which made things so much better. I am sorry I never got to call you Aimee I was so out of it and tired but I know you were thinking about me and I love you! Anyways i am still really out it, cannot even see straight, just wanted to let all you know what happened and that i am ok.
