I GOT IT!!!!
I am no longer unemployed! I have just been hired at Terry Hines & Associates!!!!
For those of you who don't know, THA is a large PR firm here in the city that reps a ton of film studios. When a film comes to a certain area (the Bay Area or Sacramento in my case), it is THA's job to create the buzz around it....get it in the papers, on the radio, create events and press junkits around it, etc. I will be working under the senior publicist, John Weaver, who I have heard from everyone is the guy to work for. And I think I will specifically be working on his Paramount account :D I am too excited!! And this is a grown up job! with full benefits (medical, dental, optical...all covered), 401k plan, and Profit Share. Oh its going to be sooooo nice to be stable and not have to look for work every 4 months!
