Alright slaves. No doubt you've already heard of this Walter figure lurking around. Everyone in this city is chilled to their very soul by the thought of that man around. In other words:
THIS BASTARD IS STEALING MY RIGHTFUL PLACE AS THE MOST HORRIFYING BEING HERE.
THIS IS JUST LIKE THIS FAKE EVIL KING BUSINESS ALL OVER AGAIN. AUGH. But the good news is that everyone is panicking, meaning they can be easily manipulated. I don't even need my powers to do it! ...But those would be welcome. Tell me how to get them back.
Back to the manipulation bit. I doubt I'll even have to step in--people are quite good at royally screwing themselves over--but this will work to my advantage. Everyone now has a common enemy. All it will take is a little suggestion, and then the competition will be gone! From what I've gathered, this termite hasn't done anything besides kill a couple people. Whoop-dee-doo. I've taken down the very person who Classified our world (okay, the slave and his followers might've helped a little) AND I'm the reincarnation of the mighty Evil King Gohma! And yet, you don't see these people cowering before my horrifying visage. This guy just talks like he's had too much ale the night before and all of a sudden everyone's in an uproar!!
Your jobs: find out anything you can on this guy. I'll add to the plan as we go along. While you're at it, try to spread something to further my reputation as a powerful being. Not everyone has to know I'm evil yet. They'll see in time! HAHAHAHA!!!!
Pathetic. If you're all so afraid of this guy, then do something about it! How much provocation do you think it will take for something regrettable to happen? You better hope the Heroes of this city are more competent than most others, otherwise there's gonna be blood shed. I'm sure most of you are familiar with what happens when you hesitate.
