For reasons unknown I was just scanning the most popular baby names for 2008 and what do I find but "Callie" at #80.
I'm really pissed off.
I have only met 2 other Callie's in my life and only heard of handful of others. I always prided myself on the unusual name (like I had any choice in the matter...) and so it is TOTALLY uncool to suddenly find myself on the top 100 list.
Apparently my name is Greek and means "Most Beautiful." I can't argue with that part.
My name hasn't been this popular since the 1880s!
