Has anyone bothered to dispatch a patrol and check out the place of the explosion? The master minds could be unsubtle, but the train station must be littered with the bodies of the dead and injured who should be moved out.

I don't have the equipment for that right now, but I'll be sending it along once I figure it out the rescue has given way to investigation. The fires are spread along the line a bit, but seem most concentrated around [insert location here].

Right, I'll pass that on to the other medics. There are quite a few injured, but thankfully not many dead. And most of those who are dead don't seem to have been killed in the fires, as explosions tend not to decapitate people and neatly arrange their heads.

I've roped that section off, so the bodies should be fine until forensics arrives. Everyone's more interested in rescuing the injured at this point, anyway. I've also heard that there's some symbol burning above ground, although I haven't confirmed that myself.
