Day 3 of the whole 30 challenge.
http://whole9life.com/2010/05/whole-30-v2/ Dairy is hard, milk makes giving up coke easier, and I can't really imagine life without cheese. Woke up feeling hung over this morning, most likely not drinking enough water. And now it's been twice I've eaten a pat of butter straight. I know the big thing on this diet is teaching your body to burn fats not carbs so you have to eat more fat, but it's such a foreign concept. I thought sugar would be hard, but since some fruits are allowed it's not too hard. We have some spectacular nectarines on our tree out front. Overall we'll see how it works, but I don't have any significant complaints yet.
