For the "we play a game people". No we don't play a game. We are a social club. The game is a vehicle for that. If it was just a game we would not spend hundreds of hours annually making garb, weapons, shields, or armor. If it was just a game we would not spend thousands of dollars annually traveling all over the country to events just to play with different people. I know of more relationships that have been made and broken because of this "game" than all other reasons put together. If all you play is a game, why bother. It's a hobby a pastime, an addiction even, but it is so much more than a game. And if you haven't seen this, you are either blind or deluding yourself.
