I am moving out and my landlord has said that if I refer someone and they move in after I move out, she will return my rent.
This apartment was $650 a month , but generally is $700 so we are expecting it to go up...
Anywho, its a gorgeous 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath perfect for three girls or maybe a couple with a kid...
The main bedroom anywho is big enough for two, even two single beds and the second bedroom is just right for a futon if you want to fit one or two people. There is also a good sized kitchen and a huge dining room (we used it as a game room) and a perfect size living room. The best part is having a drive way right outside the kitchen door... (not paying to park in lansing had been the best) not to mention the landlord always picks your rent up from you... or from a specific spot right outside your door so that you never have to worry about going someplace or mailing anything.
The point is that if I refer you, and you move in... I will get $650 back, which half of it I would split with you!!!
Think this over, and maybe you know someone I should refer... in which case you and I can keep the money lol.
The address is 303 Lapeer, Lansing MI and it is walking distance to LCC... perfect for students... not to metion there is NO UTILITIES.
We are moving because I am not going to be taking classes at LCC anymore.... I hope I can work something out with someone!!!
