the bloom
when i left yesterday morning, i noticed the buds had come out on most of the trees & bushes & flowers & shit. the air was sweeter & the birds were singing & the sun was shining. but at the time, it struck me as a lil weird b/c i know the weather isn't safe yet for those buds. they are still vulnerable to the cold winds, like we have today, even more vulnerable b/c they already opened up. but they can't go back now. once you bloom, the only direction is forward. ever onward to decay. but i guess that's the price you pay for your short time of beauty on this earth.
