Vacation!
So after two years with the same company I finally got my paid vacation- who knows how good the pay is gonna be but..whatever
I had a blast, I had been thinking that I was only going to be bored while on vacation, but not-uh.
Sunday we hung around and enjoyed a work free sunday, it was delicious. Monday we started the day off bright and early by going to the bronx zoo!!! Hurray!! zoo! Walked the whole thing in about three hours- haha. Though I was a little bit sad that they didn't have too many reptiles :o(...Saw awesome things like the gaboon viper, and got to see the flying river turtles eat- yum yum. The polar bear was killer. Best part was we were one of the first people there so we got to walk around before all the bratty kids and snotty parents came in. Sheer Bonus. Later that day we ended up going camping in Coxsackie.- However it's spelt. The first night was kinda a wash for me, we drove there and I stayed up for a bit then went to sleep. But tuesday was awesome. We helped Steve's friend's uncle move then we had the whole day to ride atv's and shoot guns-- fantastic! Shot for my first time ever ever. Shot a 22 rifle and a 12 gauge shot gun. Mmmm yummy yummy. <3 Had a delicious barbaque, drank a tad and went to bed alittle bit after. Wednesday we hung around for a few, warmed up by the burnin' barrel and started home! Oh yea not to mention I had to uses Jack Daniels as mouth wash since i forgot a tooth brush .Scrumptious. The rest of the day was focused on showering and relaxing haha. The rest of the week was just enjoy not working, we did a few little things but nothing major.
Was happy to have a good solid week off from work; I needed it. Though when i got back things were slightly a mess.hahaha Too bad that vacation is over :o(
