So, I hear a lot about how "we were all kids once" and that people should judge each individual kid as a person and not dislike them all. You know, that it's offensive to hate kids.

To clarify:

I hate kids the way many people hate maggots, roaches, or worms. I don't say spiders, because most people who hate spiders are afraid of them. I don't fear children, they disgust me. Children offend my every sense, and they disgust me on the most deeply visceral level I can fathom.

I do not hate people who have kids, I do not suggest that others should feel the same way I do about children, and I do not go out of my way to let children know what I think of them. In fact, I do just about everything in my power to avoid interacting with children entirely.

I do not care that some people think it's wrong, or mean, or terrible. It doesn't matter. It is an issue personal to me. It is my feeling, and people who get offended by my feeling and my choice to exclude children from my life can shove it up their baby-centric asses.
