I cant believe I managed to get through yesterday! We had the CCF biannual inspection and after all that has been going on this week it was the last thing that I really wanted to do. So I was trying my best to see if I could get out of it but it was all looking extemely bleak as Mr.Cox had not spoken to the Adg and so I couln't spend the day in the range. Anyways, I nearly burst into tears in front of him cos I was dreading doing that in front of my group. But I had to stay with them, although he did say to Miss Allen that if there was anything I really felt I didn't have the energy to do I didn't have to do it. See the thing is, is that this whole thing with Jack has messed me all up, not just my emotions but I can't sleep or eat either so was already feeling really drained before the day started. Luckily Joe was the group leader and he is such a sweetie and the day actually turned out to be the best thing for me I think. The morning was quite easy. We had camp craft, then observation, then the assult course which I opted out of doing and so sat and waited in the sports hall waiting for the swimming challenge which again I didn't do because of various things, such as cuts and the lack of a swimming costume! lol! Then we had the kit cars which was really good because we had an advantage seeing as I knew how to put them together becuase of the Challenge Cup competition. We got a really good time on that I think. Then we had a break and I had to get changed for the Guard of Honour which went quite quickly. It was quite scary talking to the Second Sea Lord though. His merchant vessel is the H.M.S Victory which was Nelson's flag ship or something like that so he was a bit important! lol! Then I had to go and get changed again after lunch and do the gun run, then shooting, then the helicoptor flight which was ace because we flew over my house! (well the roundabout near it! It all looks so different from up there that it was really hard to see!) Then the last activity was the watermanship task on the lake but becuase we were running out of time the guy in charge told us to stop and said that he would add about 2 mins on to our time because we were obviously going to finish it! lol! It was lucky he did that because it was never going to be a good time otherwise! Anyway then we had the presentation and I really didn't think we stood a chance as we had not done amazing at anything but had done ok at everything. Anyway Lucy's group came third (suprise suprise! She just had to win a medal didn't she!) Then my group came 2nd which was so like the best place to come because it means your not too keen but just keen enough and still managed to have a good day whereas Robbie's team who won all looked pissed off and nakered! Then all the fun and games started. Whilst the 4th and 5th form helped to clean up the L6th had to report to the dinig hall ready for the evenings jolly occasions. I think the picture of me and Lucy just has to be posted for everyone eles sheer entertainment! We arrived there at 6 and then we left the dining hall at 11.30! It was such a long evening. Me and Lucy were serving top table as well! Lucy dropped a knife in some big wigs lap which was quite funny. Thank god I didnt drop anything is all I can say. But it was an amazing evening with the band. These two guys did a comedy sketch with a xylophone and as they got quicker and quicker they turned the smoke machine on underneath! lol! Very clever. Then this guy stood on a chair and was plyaing the trumpet, then got a rubber tube with a mouth piece and a funnel on the other end and stated swinging it round whilst playing the same tune! was very funny. Then the Royal Marines came as a suprise to all of us! Was very intimidated when they were walking towards me as we had a wall behind us and couldn't walk any further back! lol! Was so tired when I got back to the house. I looked at my phone though and found out I had 33 missed calls, 3 texts and 3 answer fone messages! lol! 21 from Jack, 8 from no number, 2 from Kate and one from some one else I cant remember who. I really cant be doing with Jack. Its making it so hard thinking about him and the situation. I just have to try and block him out for a while whilst he sorts himself out. But today was the first day thjat I actually felt rather normal which was nice, well it was until a lovely lady at the medical centre kindly stuck two needles in my arm for my hep A and hep B jabs! lol! Right well I think that's all for now. Please enjoy the comedy value of the photo below! :P
