APPLICATION RULES:

Comment to this post with the icons as listed in the application below.
Read the user info and all of the rules. Posting an application means that you are agreeing to abide by our rules.
Include "Villains Rule" as the subject of your comment so we know you've read the rules.
Your application must be approved by both ariesathena and ezikielbpenguin. We will try to get to each application as quickly as possible, but please be patient. Do not comment asking when your application will be approved unless you notice that we have approved at least five applications after yours.
Do not join the community until your membership has been approved and you are told to join.
Constructive criticism will be provided with all 'no' votes. If you do not wish to receive any criticism, please let us know in your application.
If you are accepted, your name and the icon you said was your best will be placed in an entry with a link to your where you post your icons.
We encourage you to pimp this community in your personal icon journal.
