Could have been worse
My car is back home, and all better. A sensor in the camshaft had failed...or something like that. I freely admit I don't really know all the details. It was just one of those things, though, not something I could have prevented or done anything about. And fortunately it didn't end up being too expensive, just a couple hundred dollars.
And my mom's just called. She's on vacation this week and she wants to go to the beach. So it looks like I'm headed out that way. It's too cold to go in the water, but it will be nice to just sit out there and read, and have lunch.
