The Plot Thickens
Today as I issued checks I came across a stack of attorney's bills.
Only the last page, with the grand total, was there.
The rest of the invoice, which itemizes the attorney's work, was missing.
Now, gee. Let me think. Why might my boss need to hide this sort of thing? Why would she feel that she could only give us the back page to pay from?
She has never done this before. Not in the six years that I've been there.
I tried to do a Google search for businesses for sale, but came up empty. There has to be a state site, I am thinking. Isn't information like that in the public domain?
