Last Saturday on my way back from Massachusetts I visited the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) for the third time! They are the premire Culinary school in the country located in Hyde Park, New York. It is amazing what they demand of chefs and bakers! Apparently their wine course is the most difficult. The campus is incredibly beautiful - is was once a monistary. All I can say is - if you enjoy cooking and good food you will love visiting! They have a great tour, it is very interesting all the things they have to go through to graduate. The Apple Pie Cafe has the best desserts I have EVER had - hands down. So I brought back three different cupcakes for Steve and I to indulge in. These are not even close to the cupcakes I have had - these are the most delicious works of art!
Steve enjoying! :)
