DST SUCKS T-T
Like if my sleeping pattern wasn't already screwed to hell, now I get an hour less of sleep *head-desk* That aside it was a pretty good week.
I was able to finish inking my friend's drawing on time without procrastinating. It was the hardest thing I've inked since it was huge compared to the scale of my drawings. There's was also the fact that her art style is a lot more curvy than mine, so I had to figure out a way to adapt my more angular and pointy one to hers. Still, it worked out and now I'm officially her inker and clean up artist. Huzzah for me! \o/
My 5d's mugs finally arrived in all their KingCrabshipping glory 83. It makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside pimping my ship out in the open like that with only other fangirls recognizing it for what it is. X3 It's like with my Joey and Seto posters. I have them all next to each other and I even managed to arrange them in a way to make them look like if they're back-to-back, but that's about it. Nothing glaringly Yaoi about it. When friend saw them though, she practically flailed XD Same goes for my pins on my bag. It makes me happeh = w= d
Also got to see Watchmen on friday and the whole time I was fangasming. It was that good. The montage, OMG the montage in the beginning. I couldn't believe how much information they manage to cram in in just the credits and making it WORK. WITH NO DIALOGUE. aihdscilHScHGBKJHJBJ!! And then there's the soundtrack. Some of my friends thought that some of the songs didn't fit the scenes since it made light of situations, but I loved the juxtaposition and irony they created (might have to go buy me the CD one of these days... X) ) The only scene I would probably agree with them though is the Hallelujah Sex scene XD. It's like the director was hitting you over the head with "Look!! Nite Owl finally got it up!!! 8DD", but it did provide for some awesome crack, especially with the flame-thrower when he came. XDD
