Went apartment hunting/neighboorhood scouting on Sunday.  It was successful in that I got what I expected out if it.  I used The Apartment People to drive me around and show me places.  The two that I saw were both by the UIC Medical area and were crap for the price.  But, it at least gave me an idea of what our price range would buy us in that ( Read more... )

My last full day home I mistaken twice for a woman with a fulltime job. I think it had something to do with my coat, heals, and bag. But it still made me realize that the reality of it all isn't that far away.

I know you might think this strange, by the hardest part about moving back to America has been disposing of waste. I've pretty much demanded that my roommates recycle paper and containers, but putting organics into the same bag as normal waste it really rough for me.
