Man, have I been really bad about posting.
That's probably because there has been nothing new to report. I'm still looking for a new job. I sent out a bunch of resumes and only got called for one interview. It's really tough out there and I'm not even out of work and desperate, so my heart goes out to anyone in that situation.
Hubbie and I decided to blow our tax return on a family trip to Jamaica. That's coming up soon, so I can't wait. I need some time away, lounging on a Caribbean beach with a cold Red Stripe.
As for finishing my stories, well.....the spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak. I really need to set aside some more "me" time. The offspring starts kindergarten in the fall (still can't get over that one) so, maybe.
