Rock Urges...
Right, I have lived in Oxford for over 5 years, yet have never been to Transformation, otherwise known as the only vaguely credible (so i'm told...!) indie rock night in Oxford, at the Zodiac on Saturdays. No idea how good it is, but I genuinely haven't danced like an arse for a long long time. In fact, I haven't been to a non-cheese club since I was 18 and in Exeter. And also, my supervisor laughed when I said I hadn't reeeally been clubbing since my second year of uni. He probably has more of a nightlife than me. This is very wrong.
Sadly most of my friends who are into clubbing are into nasty house music, so not sure I'll manage to convince them to come and dance to something decent. As it stands, I'm not likely to get a free weekend until practically after the new year, but, in a theoretical sense...
Anyone wanna dust off their boots and come and bounce around with me?
If i get a suitable response I shall organise something.
