The only problem with Tribe.net is that you never get just one invite from that place; you get 50. Had one from Damon for some club event in the city this week and I got that about 5 times. Got another one from
Creech, to celebrate the birthday of someone with the deserving title of Venus, who while exceptionally nummy I'm fairly positive, and saddened, that I don't know. No big deal, it's a mass post kinda thing that Tribe.net is handy for and I'm used to that...
...though this is the first time I've gotten 12 notifications for a single event.
Blame cannot be lain on the people sending the invites. I think it's some kinda glitch encoded into Tribe.net. Every time I get a notice of some event from there they come in triplicate and then some. Only time I only get one notification to my email, cuz they don't appear in multiple on the site itself, is when it's mail specifically to me.
Go figure.
In other news:
Warlock's back at work. Wasn't expecting him for another full week but apparently there was some confusion on that. He did actually say he'd be gone for 19 days but he had meant he'd been back around the 19th. Guess he figured a day early was good and I am relieved cuz it's still as insanely busy as it's been the last couple weeks.
