Having finally gotten used to my new phone, it broke. Busy day on the Caltrain, getting a swarm of incoming tweets, I was clearing out my inbox when a new tweet came in. For whatever reason that caused my phone to freeze... and when I tried to fix that the phone became completely unresponsive.
After some internal cursing, a bit of making threats against certain Gods who shall remain nameless, I calmed down. Kinda had to... train ahead of mine was broken so the situation wasn't gonna change anytime soon.
Next day I walked to the Verizon I got it from (after taking Caltrain to that city) and asked about it. Turns out there's a really easy fix, which was partially what I'd already done on top of something else. They should put that in the user guide... which strangely has no troubleshooting section.
It seems easy & simple as I write this, but the 13 hour span of time in-between was nerve wracking.
