I HAZ A SICK...
I didn't sleep at all between Sunday & Monday. Seemed like my usual sporadic insomnia, but I kinda had to wonder if that time around it was more diet related. Sunday, for whatever reason, I had PB&J's for breakfast, lunch, & dinner. Nothing bad came of it... possible exception of the insomnia.
Went to work Monday and spent most of the time struggling to stay awake; caffinated to the gills. Home Monday night, bit o' TV and then right to bed and I slept fine... but I felt horrible come the morning.
Called in sick today, odds are I'll be right as rain tomorrow. It's the cost of never calling in sick, and even when I am sick I still work, that every once in awhile my body just conks out on me... so never calling in sick is a general policy but in actuality I do it maybe 2 or 3 times a year.
Emailed the job & boss, said I felt so bad I couldn't see myself even getting outside today... but, as it happens, that may wind up being a lie. Had I gone to work today I would've picked up some food on the way home.
I'm kinda out.
At some point soon, to avoid the school rush, I'm gonna have to hit up the corner store. Both for food and some new pain meds, the kind of Alleve I've currently got isn't what I ideally need so I might as well get something better too.
Not looking forward to that.
