The mud was so soft I sank in repeatedly up to my knees, then mid-thigh. At one point I tried to dislodge myself and fell over backwards. By the end of the morning, I looked like this. Except wearing a wetsuit.
It took us a few hours to clean everything up after all the mud. When I was putting away the net, I found a spine from one of the rays. I thought Jeff might want to see it so I put it in my pocket. Unfortunately, I forgot, and now there is, somewhere in the apartment, this.
