The crime was crazy enough (two lawyers plant drugs on a school volunteer ALLEGEDLY), but the bios of the ALLEGED crime couple make this stranger than fiction. Sorry -- the ALLEGED bios. This couple looks so perfect from the outside that they could be the image they put in photo frames at the factory.

On the other hand, if the facts as alleged in the law suit they filed against that parent volunteer are true, she is also an asshole.

The kid suffered severe emotional distress from being locked outside a building for 19 minutes? As a teacher I've worked at more than one school where lockout policies were put in place to deal with constantly tardy kids, usually after several warnings. I've worked in both public and private schools, this was never an issue, even that young. When you're in a transition time like that and responsible for 20+ kids you don't have a lot of choices. If 24 are in the building getting into everything and one is outside screwing around, and the outside kid has been called on his behavior more than once, I know what I'd do, and it wouldn't be significantly different from this. Bet that kid hauls ass to be in line and on time in the future. If he doesn't, he can expect more lockouts in his future.

It's been a while, but the couple was indicted in October. The arraignment was supposed to happen in November but I can't find any info.
