i miss the bar
Not that this is something to be proud of but I think I may be one of the best bullshitters in the world, as proved thus far by my first few weeks back to school.
October is going to be the best month ever! I mean, it usually is, but I have so many big plans that I can't wait for!
I've been re-evaluating my life again lately and as jaded as I feel, I'm thinking thats probably a good thing.
Today was actually a pretty good day. My JRN class had a meeting with the editor-in-chief today and I'm now seriously considering taking either an internship at the Oakland Post or at least being a contributing writer because as it turns out you can get paid up to $20/byline.
Actually, I'll probably just wait until I complete this class and try to find a paying internship in the summer, or if I can swing it try to get one for the winter semester, although I don't see my schedule allowing that.
I talked to Janny Bear and her official leave is Nov. 20th - Dec. 8th, anyone interested in planning constant parties, let me know!
Red Robin is ruining my weekends. I hate money, I really do.
The highlight of my day, minus watching Grey's of course was getting a phone call from Steph telling me Red Robin has new (SHORTER) winter hours. Hallelujah!
I wish I could grow some balls. Figuratively, not literally.
