Defendor
Been on a super hero kick of late...so checked out Defendor (starring Woody Harrelson) on Crackle. They DO have some good stuff on there.
Without giving away too much, as it is a rather simple story, it's the story of Arthur Poppington who dons the guise of Defendor to avenge his mother's death at the hands of Captain Industry...and the real world problems that come with such lofty goals. It is what it is. Not a flashy tale. Not epic. But a darn good yarn nonetheless. I'd put Defendor in my list of favorite heroes...he's not super strong...he's not super intelligent...he's not even particularly effective at times...but his heart is in the right place and his child-like worldview is quite touching, really.
So, yeah. Defendor.
