Scooter issues

Drat it, I knew I should have started the thing a few times during the winter (I did at least slosh the gas around twice a week or more). Won't start.

Hopefully getting it running again won't involve anything major. It turns, but won't fire (and this is after I recharged the battery).

Anyone got any suggestions?
