Crazy life!
My life has been busy. Which is probably good. Quick recap!
Worked full time during the summer. Did Dad's reunion (made a trivia game, it was awesome).
School started again. Only have two mentees, still hoping for more.
Cut back to three days a week at the UPS Store. May be looking for something to fill the other times (volunteering, tutoring, etc).
Went to FL for two weeks at the end of August / beginning of September. Went to Brian's Monopoly tournament, my ten year hs reunion, and hosted a bridal shower for Aryn. And realized I had hurt my knee more than I thought the last time I feel when it started to swell after driving the explorer. Extra fluid, had to take lots of anti-inflammatories and am still icing it occasionally, but it looks and feels much better.
Started dating my coworker before I left for FL. We fit together quite well. Went to a family wedding with him last weekend. Met tons of people and danced a lot. Have tentative plans for the next couple of weekends. Husker games. Apple picking. Maybe a trip to SD at some point (new state!)
Still trying to meet more people in Lincoln. Not sure my plan on that besides maybe more jobs?
Went to the UNL Math dept today to find out about getting on their tutoring list.
Still unpacking stuff at my second Lincoln apartment.
Karen is coming in a couple of weeks to go to my first Nebraska game with me at Memorial Stadium. It'll be a super fast trip but we already have lots of ideas of what to do while she's here. Like a small Fangirl tour of Lincoln. Her idea :-)
