If it's not bad enough that half the staff don't speak English as a first language, have no IT training to speak of and generally couldn't give a fuck about the standard of service they offer, when they put you on hold (which they will, every time you ask a question)you're stuck with a barrage of fucking Moloko and worse, the be-hatted twat himself, Jay fucking Jamiriqui Kay!!!!
