So.. yea.
I spent today with my Mom. She was in a good mood, lately when we've gone out she has been. I drove her to Big Lots this morning so she could look for something and to test my car, which is fine. I ended up getting a new laundry basket while we were there, fascinating I know. After that we went back to the house and switched cars and then left for Ocala. We ate together at the little Chinese buffet, not the best but it was ok. I went with her to her doctor's office then to a few thrift store cause I suggested it would be easier for her to find what she was looking for there (a small but tall lamp and lids for her pots, she found both). I ended up getting a pretty blue and white polka-dotted comforter for only $4.50 and my Mom bought me a new pink cushion for my computer chair. So yay for new pretty things. And that people, was my boring day.
