Major life change

My parents are moving to Philadelphia. My mom got a job at a college there that starts August 11th, so they're pretty much moving as soon as possible. It's very strange to think that I'm probably spending the last day I will ever spend in the house I've lived my whole life in. (I'm leaving on Monday for Summer of Solutions.) Mostly I'm OK with it. I figure I'm just going to move to Saint Paul as my main place of living. I'll live in the dorms this year, find somewhere to stay next summer (maybe with inkstain if she can find an internship out in the cities), go abroad for the fall junior year and then find a house and just live in it. I guess it doesn't affect me all that much because I was planning on never living at home again before I found out about Mom's job. It's just very strange. It's also pretty much unprecedented in my family: we've lived in this house for 24 years and both my parents' mothers live in the houses my parents grew up in. I think I'll come back to visit people; I'll probably stay with inkstain at some point. I mean, I'm happy for my mom; she's wanted this for a long, long time. The whole thing is just, you know, weird. I scanned a ton of pictures from my attic today. I went up there to go through my stuff, but I ended up getting distracted by the pictures. They are pretty sweet. Here is one of my house probably ten years ago. Our lawn is way nicer now, but other than that it's pretty accurate. Anyway, that's what's up.
