Icon Hunt/Request
It comes to me that I would like a Time Lord Ring Bling icon. Does anyone out there know of any shareable icon and/or know how to make an icon featuring the hands of the all Time Lords for whom rings were a major, possibly-but-not-necessarily plot driven fashion accessory (i.e. One, the Meddling Monk, Delgado!Master, the Rani --- because I like her rings and her bracelets --- Simm!Master and, of course, Donna! are who I'm thinking of specifically).?
