Too much to just Tweet
Damn Twitter, it is becoming addicting, but I do end up blabbing more on it.
Today was insanely busy at work. 12-4 shift today. By 1:30, I had only managed to shelve a small portion of books. We were a little short staffed while Jan was at lunch and another was taking a quick break. At one point, everyone was on the phones. So I was either covering the drive through window, or helping the next person in line if possible. We weren't too flooded with books, whew!, so things weren't left too badly for Tuesday morning. Glad it's not busy like that all the time!
Watched Christmas Cottage with michelleann68 earlier. Watched it for the eye candy that is Jared Padalecki. Can't really say too much about the movie--the lines weren't delivered very well. And the old guy had creepy eyes *shudder* I think I prefered Jared in Friday the 13th and Jensen in My Bloody Valentine. At least both movies were entertaining--to a degree--and I even hate horror movies.
As soon as we finished, Michelle informed me of Jay Brannan's latest Tweet, announcing that he was doing a live webcam chat thing. So I started watching him at about 11:00 or so. Okay, if you don't know who Jay Brannan is, go look him up on Youtube. He has an amazing voice! He is in New York, which is 3 hours later than me. He chatted until 1:30! So 4:30 his time. Poor guy was practically falling asleep!
He was washing dishes at first, singing and chatting, then played Name that Tune. Then he played some guitar, fixed food (ramen, then cookies dipped in frosting o.o;;). Then, after more chatting, took us with him to floss, brush, dress (he turned us towards the wall), and layed in bed for another 30 minutes.
He said he is going to do another states tour this summer, so maybe I can go see him again *nudges Michelle*
