I NEED HELP! EVEN IF WE DON'T TALK, I NEED ADVICE!
OK, here's the deal. There's this girl...she's a li'l young. We "dated" for like 2 weeks, never once touched her. Didn't plan on it, told her it wasn't gonna happen, all that. That was like 2 months ago. Now she's going around school, telling everyone we fucked, and she's pregnant...we didn't. Like I said, never touched her. But with me being 20, I'm out of school, and can't exactly defend myself here...this is like serious defamation of character. I can cover my ass one person at a time, tell people the truth, but how far is this bitch gonna go? What happens if she runs to the cops? She's 15, I'm 20, BAM, I'm in jail for nothing. I know, there are tests and shit, so I'd go free once they proved I never did anything or she dropped it, but still, there goes my reputation. Even without doing anything, I'm labeled as a child molester.
What options do I have before this goes too far? Go to the cops, tell them the story? Sue her parents for slander and defamation of character? I seriously need advice on this, I'm not about to let my reputation go in this town over some immature little bitch spreading lies.
