He was out on the street, just walking around, going in stores and stuff.
Either it was a some guy in a costume, or it was really, really Santa. And that'd have to be a damn good costume if it was a costume. It was totally Santa, no lie.
Santa never came to Hell, but I guess he does come to the City.

Wait. So does that mean that Santa buys the toys or what? I thought he had, like, a factory or whatever.
