K Y Jellico visited me in my quarters last night, after he got off duty. I tried to pretend that I was his first officer, Commander
Storvik, but he cut me off."I know exactly who you are, even if none of my crew saw fit to tell me about your substitution. I need to speak with my Storvik, but I do not wish to go through channels in case I upset whatever games the two of you are playing. It's obvious to me that whatever you're up to, you're not working against this ship or its crew, so I won't butt in where I'm obviously not wanted... But I need to speak with my first officer."
I told him that Storvik was on planet Vulcan, and that we would be switching places when the
USS Murgatroid arrived there. I asked him if I could be of any assistance, but he turned and walked away without another word.
