Guess it had to happen at SOME point, considering the fact that I've had my Hotmail account for like...forever...but someone apparently got into it and sent spam to my address book. At least it was caught quickly [and I do mean quickly, I check Hotmail daily, and it was fine when I logged in yesterday...can't remember if I logged in this morning or not... XD]
Of course, I had several messages flagged, including two that had passwords for *other* sites [which I only kept because I could never remember the LOGIN. O_o] so now I'm sitting here wondering if they read through my mails too, and if I should change those passwords. Darn it.
The auto-Hotmail thingie advised that I changed the password of anything else I'd used that same password for....but I only used that particular one for Hotmail, so it's good. Maybe I should change my Yahoo one too though.... :P
And OF COURSE it's been so long since I've used Hotmail to actually...y'know, SEND mail, that I'm not sure whose addies are even good anymore. So anyone on my f-list...if you get something strange from my Hotmail addie, delete it. 'cause it wasn't from actually me. :P
Although I'm betting that's how Hotmail itself caught on so fast, there were QUITE A FEW undeliverable messages. :P
