The last 3 weeks or so I've been doing really good with the working out, so Now I'm going to go really nuts with the diet and the training :D Last few days I was a little sick or I would have started this Monday. Now that I'm feeling better this is the new Diet and workout schedule I'll be sticking to for the next 5 weeks or so.
Diet will be this or a close variation
Meal #1 2 egg whites, low fat cheese, Whole wheat bagel
Meal #2 Protein shake, Apple
Meal #3 Yogart,4-5 oz of carrots, 2-3 oz of peanuts or Almonds
Meal #4 Chicken Breast w/ Rice and a protein shake
Meal #5 Protein Bar
Meal #6 7 oz Tuna, Small Baked Potato and 6 oz of Pinnapple juice
Totals roughly 230 grams of protein, moderatly low carbs and fats. It all works out to about 2200 calories or so.I'm going to give myself one Cheat day.
My training will be basicly a Mix of Weight traiing and Cardio. I'll train with weights 4-5 days a week and will do at least 30 min of cardio 6-7 days a week. A min of 3 days a week I will Ride my stationary bike at home first thing in the morning. I'm also going to Suppliment with a Nitrogen/Creatine mix(no explode or Labrada supercharge), thermogenics (mainly VPX redline), CLA, L Carnatine and Glutamine. Right now I'm about 198-199 and about 11 and 1/2 % bod fat. My goal is to stay about this weight and drop down under 10% bod fat. Now that I have it all planned out I'm pumped to se how it goes :D
