I read Phyllis Diller's Housekeeping Hints as a kid. I swear I could quote the whole book, I loved it so. I was shocked she was gone, and a bit shocked she was still here to go. But 95 is a good run.

I'll have to see if the library still has it/can get it for me. (I found That Damned Cat in the mystery section less than a month ago, if they have that, I'm sure Diller's work ought to be locatable.)

95 is an excellent run, indeed.

I grew up on her and Carol Burnett. And Laugh-In.

The fact that she looked like a good-natured Cruella de Ville had absolutely nothing to do with it. I swear. *cough*
