I do love the idea of Olivier Armstrong becoming Fuhrer. I've seen you use this before but I don't know what it is (it doesn't exist in my vocab) in what part of the house is the anteroom? I'm picturing an entryway but I don't think that's right.

Oh Roy surprising your wife with a dinner invite with an Armstrong isnt good.  Lol "Doing whatever with her husband", that just leaks how unimpressed Riza is with him lol XD

Olivia would be a frightening, fair Fuhrer, in my opinion.

An anteroom or antechamber is a lead in to a main room (specifically an office) - sort of like the secretary's room you have to go through to get to the boss's office.

Riza is so unimpressed with Roy some days!

Finally done with CoM's and getting to read this, and, oooh, what a page turner it is so far! I love the "what if?" concept and the way you drop into it in media res, three years after Ed and Al's disappearance.

Some lovely, vivid description as ever, and fun details. Because I am me I enjoyed Al grousing at his own dick and Roy claiming to have got hard from listening to Olivia talk. I kind of love her having an automail hand, and Winry being a mechanic. Olivia would so get diamond-tipped claws! She'd probably open her mail with them.

On to the next chapter!

I'm rather fond of the "what if?" genre, if it isn't immediately apparent from all my other stuff you've read? :D

I'm glad you're enjoying the description, and having heard too many men talking to their dicks, I'm sure Al would, too. And Roy just likes Olivia, perhaps too much.

Yes, I figured that out. XD This is a very fun one so far, although, um, less so for the characters? I know you like to be mean to them. :P

It's always so much fun to see Al acting like a regular dude because a) he's such a gentleman on the surface and b) we're used to seeing him as a slightly prissy suit of disembodied armour. I still love that one you wrote about the boys driving Winry nuts the summer after the Promised Day by being completely normal and therefore rather gross teenage boys: farting and sitting around laughing about it, leaving their stuff everywhere, bedrooms that really really need a window cracking, etc.

I DO like to be mean to them? But I try to be nice to them in the end. Everyone almost always gets at the very least a hopeful ending, if not a happy one.

Oh, please! They're BOYS. If someone thinks Ed and Al wouldn't try to work up a whole 4-6 years of fart jokes in one summer after they're back to as normal as they'll ever be, they don't know boys or brothers. :D
