MCU Fill - and a very silly one.

"Oops? Did you say oops?" Tony Stark turned to Bruce Banner.

Bruce shrugged. "Oops." He nodded at the broken test tube on the floor and the glowing emerald ooze oozing out of the glass.

"Bruce, that's. That's." Tony gulped audibly.

"Trouble?" Bruce grimaced.

"I was going to say the last of my Saurian Brandy!" Tony let out a sob and buried his face in the crook of his arm.

"Saurian...?"

Tony raised his head enough to peer at Bruce above his sleeve. "Saurian Brandy. Star Trek?" At Bruce's non-comprehending look, Tony rolled his eyes. "Seriously, Banner. We need to get you caught up on the last fifty years of pop-culture, stat." He glanced at the floor and the green puddle. "After we clean that up, that is."

Tony is always pretty silly and the green goo couldn't be anything...you know, dangerous. Lethal. Whatever. Saurian Brandy works. :D

Although I'm not totally sure I buy Bruce not at least having a passing reference with Star Trek.

Tony is aghast, I tell you.

Bruce's whimsy to me seems more that he's that befuddled professor type - interested in his work above most other things. Trek would be an Other Thing.

What can I say, Tony and Pepper are my two favorite characters in the current Marvel/verse. I do like the entire Guardians of the Galaxy group, and still love Rogue+/Logan from the X-Men.
