So today we took a leap into a new bright direction.
We leased a very spacious 2br, 2ba 1100 square foot apartment with a garage and rear patio.
GLORIOUS. It is so big and bright. The kitchen is only a tiny bit bigger but there's a WINDOW in front of the sink.
There is so many closets. The master bedroom is the size of our current bedroom plus the bathroom and half our current hallway. The bedroom has it's own bathroom. The second bedroom is the size of our current bedroom but it has a walk-in closet. Did I tell you we have 2 bathrooms?! This is truly a luxury in Orange County; I kid you not. What put me over the top was the patio. Shadow is finally coming home. What's the best part? Only one pet rent and one pet deposit because Shadow is a senior dog and the leasing manager said he'd give him a break for being so old. The area is ideal for us, it's quiet, not on a big street but very convenient. We're right off the 55 freeway in the city of Orange. We're 7 miles west of Irvine regional park and peters canyon (where we took our engagement pictures); this means lots of hiking!
I can't explain the utter joy I have knowing I am bringing my Shadow home.
