Frustrations
Flist please share this: US Agencies has given me the runaround on refund that they admit they owe me since 1/8/15. I've been left on hold for hours, hung up on numerous times, and passed from one department to another again and again. Needless to say I am changing insurance companies. Please share if you have ever had to deal with this kind of problem.
