Location
First District, a refurbished building the size of a moderate warehouse.
Layout
Two floors, open warehouse style.
First floor commodity's include:
- Displays by sections (Mens, women's, underwear, intimates, fabrics, etc)
- Staff room/break room/meeting room in the front of the store
- Restrooms (in the back of the warehouse)
- Changing rooms (Western Wall)
- Registers (Entrance)
- Stairs (far back and upstairs)
Second floor includes:
- Showcase walk/modeling area
- Intimates Showcase Rooms (more kink than the stuff downstairs)
- Private office (LIKE A BOSS)
- More (expensive garments and seasonals)
- Private photography room
Things you can find
- Clothes
- Undies
- Garment tools/accessories
- Fabric
- Import clothing of various styles
- Recommendations to Tailors (a tailor shop shut up I'm creative), and quite a few businesses about the isle.
- Custom order placements, especially for occasional and fancy dress.
- Modeling shows once a month.
Employment positions open
- Clerks (6 positions)
- Managers including Gen Mgr (3 positions)
- Models (position coming soon)
- Janitors (6 positions)
- Security between the store and the wharf storage house (3 positions)
- Secretary (1 position)
- Bookkeeper/General Supervisor (Currently Hiromi's job besides being owner--she's willing to give it up for someone level-headed and friendly with numbers)
Technicals
- Payday is Tuesday for everyone.
- Minimum Rates/Wages start to help someone live decently in the 3rd District.
- Max rate/wage is to be able to live decently in the 2nd District to partnering with people in the 1st District.
- There ARE npc positions filled in the store in all areas. Typically the same number or less of available PC positions (3 npc managers, 6 janitors, clerks, 3 people working security).
- Shipments transfers made on Monday.
- Personal/office deliveries to other businesses currently in debate y'know. ♥
- Newcomers to the island can count on an advance to pay for board.
- Health? lol does ANYONE pay bills in the hospital?
- Dental. ...what.
Operating Hours
- PUBLIC: Sunrise to hours after sunset, 7 days a week.
- 2 hours post and pre-public to set up and shut down.
- 2 shifts per day: morning and evening.
- Positions can be part-time if needed. :3
