Oh dear not here as well
Kathi found a creationist pamphlet left on the bus today and oh my is it chock full of shit. The first out right lie (on the cover) is that Darwin retracted his ideas on his deathbed. Then they try to claim the ancient belief of spontaneous generation (new life forming from decaying bio matter ) is the process that evolutionists believe to have spawned the first lifeforms. This is silly (not just spontaneous generation) because in this theory it is from decaying matter that was once alive it's self! Then they try to tie Dr George Wald to this idea because he used the words 'spontaneous generation'. I doubt very much he ment this in the sense that Aristotle used it. Then they go for the probability angle but no matter how unlikely evolved life is a god that can create everything would have to is so much more complex that this offers no answer at all. There is more but why bother writing about it as it is the same argument every time.

The point of this pamphlet is to sell a 'facts study guide' for $20 I hope to lay a claim with the commerce commission as they are using lies to sell this shit. I will let you know how it goes.
